Lake Independence is a beautiful recreational lake in Western Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Octoberfest Fun
It was a perfect Fall day for our first Octoberfest in a few years! Members enjoyed brats and burgers, chips and ice cream as they socialized with each other. Thanks to LICA board members for planning the picnic and putting everything together to make it happen.
Special thanks to Chris Dahlberg who cooked the brats at home in beer before grilling at the picnic and Pat Wulff who brought her delicious sauerkraut and onions to top them off!
